MCCCC childcare vacancies

Dec 5, 2017

MCCCC has a number of vacancies at its Dunstan Reserve centre (Everett Street, Brunswick West) in the three to four-year-old age group.

MCCCC offers an integrated kindergarten program delivered by fully qualified kindergarten teachers.

School-readiness is a major focus of the kinder program and children are given opportunities to develop the skills needed to ensure a smooth transition to school.

Our educators take a holistic approach with each child, nurturing both their emotional and physical needs.

Our three-year-olds are taught to be curious, enthusiastic learners, using play to investigate and explore new ideas and concepts.

Our community focus means children get the opportunity to foster connections with our neighbourhood and local businesses/organisations. Our ‘Building Community Connections’ excursions allow children to enjoy activities such as visiting the local library and post office, buying fruit at the grocers or joining in with an activity at a local school.

Children are also taught about the environment and why sustainable practices, both within and outside the home, are important.

All enquiries can be directed to our Centre Manager, Adrienne Smith, by phone on 9386 0432 or at AdrienneS@mcccc.com.au

Our Happy Families

Both of my daughters have attended Mitchell Street and loved it there. When my second daughter started, the family grouping allowed my older daughter to be with her as she was adjusting to the new space. It was good peace of mind to know that they had each other during the day whilst I was working.
